"The hotel itself is nice. The rooms and gym are great. The food is decent but extremely overpriced for Luanda. Also, the vibes are very weird and off. A bunch of wealthy Europeans being served by Angolans. It’s a horrible horrible place. Also the location sucks. This price and no pool too? Wow."

"They did not rock up for the airport pickup, the driver hadnt even left the hotel so they made me wait 15 minutes. The bed is a bit soft, shower doesnrt work that well with all the draines blocked in the bathroom. A lot of light outside so difficult to make the room dark. Reception was quite unhelpfull at arrival. They key card for the door keeps failing as well. finally the gym looks nice on the pictures but is not worth it. No real weights, chinese crappy equipment. Overall, not worth the money."

"Wonderful service and facilities. Staff was very friendly on the hotel, spa area, Restaurant in front of swimming pool, security staff and others. Internet works great, breakfast buffet is amazing also the food at the restaurant oragami. We had an excellent time at the hotel. Thank you!"

"Excellent facilities for a hotel in Luanda. Great choice for first time visitors to Luanda who are looking for safe, clean hotel. Food was very good and the fitness center was stocked with working equipment. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The Samba Hotel is a really nice hotel in Luanda. There was an incident with the booking where Hotels.com did not specify the room that we booked to the hotel. Therefore our room was not available when we arrived. The hotel accommodated us and the manager was very helpful after everything was understood Hotels.com and Expedia need to do better communicating with the properties so the hotels are not trying to fix a mistake not made by them. "
