"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. "Carine made everything so easy and welcoming. She sett us up with a bike shop that delivered e-bikes so we could tour all around the hills of Tuscany for a week. The views from this lovely place are dreamy. Shared pool with several other apartments/houses connected so it has some action and noise during the day, but very quiet and peaceful at night. "The countryside on the way from the picturesque medieval town of Sinalunga, was spectacular and the surrounding countryside and villages were the prettiest we’ve ever seen. The housekeeper, Daniella, took care of all our needs on site and got us the house olive oil and wine when we requested to buy them. "We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese.
