"From start to finish we had a wonderful family time this Thanksgiving in Rustington. We were so close to Waitrose, the butcher and the local Turner Pies which made shopping for our holiday feast fantastic. All kitchen supplies were there and ready. We learned how to cook a “spatchcocked” turkey to fit in the smaller double oven. Delicious! The beds are key for me as are the linens. Here all were fresh and clean and pillows were very comfortable with a variety of softness. The whole place is new...

"Property was not ready on arrival, bed not made, heating not turned on, no clean towels, bins not emptied, the electric gate entrance was hard to read in the dark as keypad was very worn, there's no lights at the entrance gates to help you see, the property is a little tired and in need of updating, the owners contact number is not correct so overall a disappointing stay, will we return for a third, no. Sorry Alison but we can't give you a good feedback. "

The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."
