"Very nice "

"Good location, great staff and breakfast was good. I found the room spacy and that was perfect for my stay. Otherwise I found it a bit dusty in some areas, the floor wasn't 100% ok in my opinion. And regarding the kitchen part, I'd say that some kitchen utensils weren't fully clean, same for the oven grill. So it was disturbing, considering I visted other flat/hotel complexes in London, and this one being a Mariott. I did not request cleaning services during my stay, but I assume those points...

"This property is gorgeous and the room and bathroom were updated and clean. David at the front desk was very professional and hospitable and helped with my baggage. The bar area was fun and they made great drinks. This is located right by the metro so made it easy to get around town. I’ll definitely be back! "

"The room was considerably larger than what the photos illustrate. The location is great and in a very quiet neighborhood, but still within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. There is a Sainsbury grocery just around the corner that has all the basics you might need. Good restaurants are numerous and close, not to mention a wonderful one downstairs."

"Last time I stayed up London way we were an hour out of the city so this time I wanted somewhere much more central and gave myself £200 budget for four nights for me and my lad. Was it possible? Found this place for just over budget. Read some really bad stuff but chanced it. Room was small but cosy, comfortable bed with clean bedding, heater was on the whole time which was a relief as it was 3 degrees out, shower was lovely and hot too. The only real negative was the TV not working. Reception...

"I have stayed at this hotel before when I've been to an event at the Royal Albert Hall as it's within easy walking distance and this was also the reason for my stay this time. I came with a friend we had adjoining rooms which were very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The staff are lovely and friendly and even remembered us from our visit last year which made it all the more special. I would definitely stay here again.
