"I am a visitor from Germany and don’t know Cardiff. This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. I felt comfortable and safe. Great location with bus stop outside the door and very close to city centre and train station. "Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. "This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "It was absolutely wonderful- very clean and welcoming and the bed was really comfortable. Also the scent of the toiletries was beautiful. The only issue was that when I phoned about where to park, I was put through to a central office and not the hotel - so although I was told the right car park, I paid upfront online, as I was not told about the hotel code that essentially made it half price. Not the hotel’s fault just the central call office 😊"

"A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "
