"My family had a lovely stay at Bellflower Cottage on the working, peaceful Twyford Farm. Hosts were kind and we appreciated the welcome goodies and mince pies. Although the weather was cold, we were comfortably warm and appreciated the kindling and wood. Check in and out were a breeze."

"We stayed in the cottage at Tovey Lodge. It was very dated, which was fine, but it was also worn out. The sofa bed needs replacing due to peeling material and the mattress on this was so thin there is no way an adult could sleep on there. Luckily our 7 year old can sleep anywhere. The main bed was uncomfortable with a too small mattress topper which didn't reach the edges and because of this we only stayed for two of the three nights we had booked as we needed sleep. "This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."

"This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would...
