"Entrance very disappointing into luggage storage up lift to reception which took ages to arrive and makeshift reception Room clean but very small view of a falling down side of house Even view of half a chimney . Could here everything true the walls 3 doors up started singing at 7 am Staff very friendly "

"We had a wonderful time at the Placemakr. Expedia lost our reservation and T’Quanae the property manager was a huge help. Sol and Jailene were quick to help us, keep us updated and connect us to T’Quanae. All of our issues were resolved by the end of the day. When we arrived we were given free breakfast vouchers, which is something we did not expect and was very nice. The rooms were spotless. We enjoyed the in room kitchen, helping us save on eating out for a few nights. The rooms were very spacious! We had the Murphy bed & queen bed room and it fit four of us wonderfully. I’d stay here again! Nothing bad to say and thank you to the on hand staff, you guys were great!!!"
