"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"Located on one of the main streets there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing missing from this two bedroom apartment is dedicated parking which can be tricky if you want free parking or expensive for paid parking (the cheapest we found was directly behind the apartment and was 2 overnight and 1.90 per hour between 7:30 am and 7pm or 24.8 per day)"

"There was no checkin process, info, guidance etc. Pretty much have to figure everything out yourself, including where the front door is. Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. The host is available until 3pm, which strangely is also when earliest check in is. Average response time was somewhere between 2-3 hours. We were supplied a single roll of toilet paper and a single coffee pod between two people...

"In a great location near to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs. Private, secure car park. Lift so no lugging cases up stairs. Clean, comfy bed, every channel you could want on TV. Walking distance to Old Leigh."

"This property did "exactly what it said on the tin": Communication with the owner was timely and efficient; the property was well equipped with just the right level of facilities; all info provided was up to date and useful. The really nice thing though was that it was quiet!"
