"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. "i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"May’s home was perfect for our short visit to attend an event at the Javits Center. The two bedroom, two bathroom split plan was perfect for two couples traveling together and the views from this apartment are incredible. Location was close to many great restaurants and the surrounding area felt walkable and safe. Check in and out were very easy and uncomplicated. "
