"This property was so nice, that I did not want to leave. It was cozy, well stocked, well maintained, and comfortable. Not far off the beaten path yet still secluded. I loved hearing the flowing river in the mornings and evenings. Our host, the Rowlands was easily accessible and responsive within minutes. Just an incredible slice of paradise. We will be back!"

"A couple friends and I went fishing on the upper James and rented the River's Bend cabin. What a fabulous place! The cabin was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a 3-day getaway. There are beautiful views of the river from the multi-level back deck and the screened in porch overlooking the mountains was a great spot for a nap or evening cocktail. "Lynne and Buddy were amazing hosts! Everything was wonderful and they were so so helpful and accomdating. From the pictures, to the cooler and ice, even their generator lol. They even took us out on their pontoon boat! The view was amazing where we stayed. I booked it just for that reason, the mtns and the sunset. Def recommend! You guys rock! this place!"
