"We were in town to visit our new grandbaby and Noah's place is close to my daughter's place so it was very convenient for us. But we were pleasantly surprised to find the unit is in the same block as a coffee shop, pizza restaurant and wine bar. What more do you need?? The unit itself is VERY nice for a "garden" unit, doesn't feel like a basement unit at all. And it's well stocked with all the necessities.
