"We enjoyed our stay in this property. The weather was superb so we were able to enjoy the well-equipped garden and hot tub. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. It would have been good to have had some personal contact. Otherwise, the only thing we felt was missing was information on the various appliances and also leaflets/details of local places of interest or events. We had been to Honfleur before, but otherwise it was new territory for us."

"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

The beautiful garden boasted flowers, a swing set, ping pong, and boules. The cozy gite itself had everything we needed, with a spacious living/kitchen area perfect for movie nights. "Just the perfect place to stay for a holiday in Normandy. The house and the garden are beautiful and Christine and her family are the perfect hosts, make you feel very welcome. They thought about everything in the house to make you feel at home, but also on a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. "Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Alles ist stilvoll dekoriert. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Tagesausflüge nach Rouen, Dieppe und die Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gefallen. Check-In und -Out waren absolut unkompliziert! "We would book this lovely home again anytime! Charming, peaceful, comfortable are all excellent words to describe the property. The accommodations were exactly as pictured on the site. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, very responsive. She gave us an excellent list of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Brasserie Paul and La Terrasse were both exceptional. The boulangerie/pattisserie in the village was fabulous! We only wished we could have stayed longer. Maybe next...

"Very French, lovely setting and full of 'antique' toys and charm. A bit of a hike to carry stuff from the car to the property as front gates permanently locked - across the large garden and up stairs. We didn't realise that sheets, quilt cover and towels weren't provided, but fortunately we carry our own lightweight bedding - and Mr Sabatier fetched us towels. Nothing in Angerville-la-Martel, but we were focused on Fecamp and Etretat nearby, so it was fine for 3nights."
