"Very friendly & accommodating staff. He gave recommendations for restaurants & shopping. The lift was not working so getting luggage up the steps was extremely cumbersome although staff helped. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a very nice stay."

This went to voicemail so we had to leave a message. Fortunately someone turned up within 10 minutes. The checkin was rather rudimentary & rushed.
