"What an awesome experience. Breathtaking to say the least. The grounds have plenty to see and do including various dining options. The Golden Hands Bridge is for sure a must see in a lifetime. There will also plenty of areas to capture the most amazing photos.The hotel itself has like a Harry Potter feel to me. Our room was very hot, even though the staff responded promptly we couldn’t seem to get it at a comfortable temperature. There is also a trick with the lighting. It was all or nothing. The main switch also control the bathroom area. I’m sure we could have called Steve out for that also but we were too tired. Overall, it was great."

"I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. Overall Excellent. "
