"Though this motel is definitely dated and a little rough around the edges, it offered a charming and clean room. We were a little concerned about the well word door knob and lock. (They really need to upgrade to modern, sturdy key card locks.) Check in was seamless and prompt with friendly interaction with the front desk clerk. Our room was positioned along a balcony with a beautiful view of the hollor below. Overall, a great value for this area. "

"Manager was very helpful when we left our fan there. Then my sister left her drivers license there after she picked up our fan he called us to let us know so she could get it back. I like how he doesnt charge through hotels .com app until you get there. That way if your plans fall through you dont have to worry about getting your money back. Knowing the story behind the sale and rehab of the motel. . .it is nice to see this type of accomodations so close to the lake and one of our favorite dining places. There is still room for upgrades and I am sure that will come along with the success of the property. Yes we will stay there again. . . and we only live 15 miles away!! PS the bed was GREAT!"

"Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."

"Came to ride the curvy rodes of Arkansas so didn’t check out the lake at all. The communication from host was AMAZING. This house has the beds and baths. Roads are steep and there is gravel in spots as well as gravel in the driveway making this home unsafe for more novice riders."
