"No staff on the premises, check in requires a phone call to receive instructions how to retrieve keys from a box with keypad. I had no cell signal not internet access so couldn't call but fortunately the owner appeared and let me in. Internet was down the whole time I was there (only one night) which caused me problems as I had work to do. "It was great quick stay the good was delightful. Get there early as they don't fill the servings fro. Half way through allotted time. One reception of sword super helpful but another male on duty in the evening was so rude. Huffing g and puffing that he had to get out of his chair to come speak to guests. "The overall experience was good. Just a little issue for the check in as I couldn't get the access codes on time because I wasn`t able to indicate that I was the only guest, not finding the way to change the number of guests (from 2 to only 1) and skip the part where it required to enter the information for a 2nd guest. It was resolved once I've found the Whatsapp support QR code in the elevator to be able to communicate with someone and have some help. Otherwise, I really liked the apartment...
