The property is quite a gem - a large villa with plenty of nooks to explore, set within what seems to be several acres of perennial (largely avocado) gardens. Beautiful views in all directions (though also some more industrial stuff thrown in the mix). The villa felt clean and fresh to us with lots of lovely bedrooms to choose from. We enjoyed the location and explored the island using public buses. Others may find that too restrictive and prefer to rent a car. If leaving the villa on foot, expect steep hills no matter where you walk to! We had 7 individuals at this villa, but it could easily have housed many more than that!

Wonderfully equipped finca with plenty to offer for the entire family
This property was an incredible find for our two week stay. Even better than the pictures. Location is great, quick drive to the beach and also easily walkable to several large grocery stores. The beds were all super comfy, everyone slept great. Kitchens were completely equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor kitchen and grill especially was one of our favorite locations. And of course the heated outdoor pool got plenty of use, even in January. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant, no problems at all there. House was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Really a unique property that we definitely hope to return to in the future!
