BEAUTIFUL STUNNING VILLA RIGHT NEXT TO THE ATLANTIC

This beautiful summer house is located in the middle of the Rambla de Castro nature reserve. The location of the house offers a fantastic view to the sea and the Tigaiga mountains. The house has a large private pool in the garden as a swimming pool (12.5 by 5 meters and 1. 5 to 2. 3 meters deep the only private pool in this enchanting urbanization), a very large terrace - overlooking the banana plantation The Atlantic Ocean and a terrace with a large old palm tree and unobstructed views directly to the Atlantic Ocean.
Drago and two beautiful old palm trees. All are under conservation.

Both from the sleeping area and the living area have free access to the garden and to the pool, as well as to the garden shower. They are completely on their own.
We would like to charge you a deposit of 700 Euros and charge you 200 Euros for final cleaning directly. A higher birth rate for you.

Wonderful House in the North of Tenerife
We had a wonderful holiday with our children in this great house. The care on site and by the owner was absolutely exemplary. The house is very lovingly furnished, the pool and the view are a dream. We didn't miss anything here, we would have liked to stay two weeks longer and will gladly come back!

Everything just Amazing !
What an amazing stay we had with two wonderful hosts Sibyelle and Caroline. We absolutely enjoyed every minute at this beautiful villa which brought as a very memorable Christmas we will remember for many years to come. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We spend more time at the villa than going anywhere else and respected it very much. It had everything we needed and more. It was in a very private and secluded location. We loved the huge pool. The house felt so homely and spacious. Sibyelle and Caroline were excellent hosts checking our satisfaction throughout our stay and making sure we had everything we needed plus a few surprises. We will definitely come back to stay here again. Thanks Sibyelle and Caroline for your amazing hospitality!

erg mooie villa, prachtige locatie met schitterend uitzicht, volledig ingericht bedden waren opgemaakt en handdoeken lagen klaar, keuken was zelfs voorzien van kruiden ed. Tussentijds een keer schoonmaken, alsmede lakens en handdoeken verwisselen zou in het vervolg wel fijn zijn.

Jeder Zeit wieder
Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft in der Nähe des Socorro Beach. Ein sehr gepflegter Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist ideal, von hier aus kann man mit dem Mietwagen die gesamte Insel erkunden. Fußläufig ist ein Restaurant in der Nähe zu erreichen, sowie der Strand in ca. 20 Geh-Minuten. Schöne Aussicht auf die umliegendenden Berge und Bananenplantagen sowie von einer Seite im Garten Blick auf das Meer. Insgesamt eine sehr ruhige und entspannende Umgebung. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Super Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussichte sind wunderbar und vor allem die Ruhe und Privat Atmosphere hat uns gut getan. Alles war da, der perfekte Ort um einfach aus zu ruhen oder das Auto zu nehmen und einen Tagesausflug zu machen. Wir hoffen, wir haben nochmal die Gelegenheit zurück zu kommen!

Schätzchen mit Palme und Drachenbaum
Es war sehr schön im Ferienhaus! Man merkt dass die Besitzerin das Haus viel selbst nutzt und gut pflegt. Alles ist sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist an sich optimal um den schönen grünen Norden Teneriffas zu erkunden - was wir ausgiebig getan haben - und ein schöner Badestrand ist nahebei. Das war ein schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Gelungene Auszeit
Liebe Katharina, unsere Auszeit in Deinem Haus haben wir (meine Mutter 83 Jahre und mein Mann) sehr genossen. Es war alles da und was nicht da gewesen wäre hätte Dein tolles Team sicher beschaffen können. Da wir auch Homeoffice Tätigkeiten unterbringen mussten hat uns das stabile Internet auch diesen Teil leicht schaffen lassen. Die Umgebung lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen ein und auch das in der Nähe liegende Restaurant Mirador San Pedro ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider war der Weg zum Strand durch eine Baustelle (keine Durchfahrt mit dem Auto)gesperrt, sodass meine Mutter nicht dort hingelangen konnte, wir sind allerdings gut zu Fuß und sicher wird in absehbarer Zeit die Durchfahrt wieder möglich sein. Die Abgeschiedenheit und die Ruhe hat uns entspannt und einen gemütlichen Urlaub beschert. Adios y Saludo desde Christa, Michael y Katja

Tolles Haus an wuderbarer Lage
Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und die Umgebung ist beeindruckend mit wunderbarer Sicht auf das Meer. Die Übergabe und die Betreuung durch Carmen war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles hat zu 100% geklappt und es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Tolles Ferienhaus mit großem Pool und sehr gut ausgestattet - Ruhig gelegen an einer Bananenplantage mit Blick aufs Meer. Nächster Strand El Socorro. Wir haben das Auto genommen, da zu Fuß doch etwas anstrengend - aber auch machbar. Vielleicht einziges Manko, kein Restaurant und Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurant ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (steiler Anstieg) - dafür mit toller Aussicht. Bäckerei in Los Realjeos (günstige Brötchen und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen) sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dort. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter - Wir würden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen - absolute Weiterempfehlung (wenn man Ruhe möchte und ein Auto hat)

Traumhaftes Haus mit Meerblick
Top eingerichtetes Haus in Meernähe. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Meer, kann Schnorcheln und Angeln. (Gezeiten beachten: Bei Ebbe kann man raus zum Schnorcheln). Sehr schöner und grosser Privatpool. Gepflegter Garten. Lounge mit Meerblick. Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Schönes Einlegerappartement im unteren Stock mit Platz für 2 Personen mit eigenem Bad und Eingang. Ist ein Teil vom Haus und über eine Treppe verbunden. Es fehlt an nichts. Inneneinrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus. Zufahrt eng, aber gut ausgebaut durch die Bananenplantagen. Ruhige Umgebung (einzige der Hahn kräht am Morgen, aber das ist in Spanien fast immer so😉. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die fleissige Marie Carmen und Ihr Team und an Sibylle für die gute und schnelle Kommunikation.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Landschaft
In diesem großzügig geschnittenen Ferienhaus haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt abseits vom großen Touristenrummel in traumhafter Landschaft. Das Rauschen der Wellen kann man im großen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und alle Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Mietwagen schnell zu erreichen.

Schönes Villa an ruhigem Ort mit schönem Pool
Das Villa ist sehr sauber, schön und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool lässt sich auch im November heizen und so konnten wir jeden Tag baden gehen. Der Pool ist einfach herrlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und reagiert sehr schnell und kompetent. Wir haben unserern Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder.

Very nice and restful stay
We were 2 couples and stayed four days at Katharina's house, this place was very pleasant to live, comfortable and very quiet. The house is very well equipped and clean, spacious. The location of this property in the northern coast of the island is also a good point as the other parts of the Tenerife can seem overcrowded. The swimming pool is big and we also enjoyed it although the temperature of the water was cool at that time of the year. We all appreciated a lot standing there and we recommend this rental.

Perfekt bis ins Detail
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Pool ist groß und ausreichend tief um zu schwimmen. Die Aussicht ist toll. Durch die Lage am Rand einer Bananenplantage bietet das Haus auch Privatsphäre - es kann nur von einer Seite eingesehen werden. Wir waren zu 6 Erwachsenen und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Carmen hat uns in alles eingewiesen - danke schön - und die gesamte Abwicklung war total unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Da wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir es mehr genutzt als geplant, deshalb waren wir sehr froh über die Top Ausstattung. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderbar.

We spent a month at the Villa and it was just what we needed after 18 months of lockdown. The villa has everything you need and the pool is fabulous. The owner, Katharina and the local Agent Marie Carmen, were always available for help and support and care greatly about ensuring guests are well looked after. The villa is located in a small hamlet with only a handful of neighbours. Its very peaceful The location is close to many energetic walks which will stretch your calf muscles as the only way is up! There is a super local restaurant which is about a 10 mins up the hill with great views and the sea is only 5 mins walk away. Highly recommend if you want peace, quiet and relaxation

Beste Zeit im Beachhouse von Sibylle
Wir waren zu Fünft in diesem schönen Haus und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Atlantik, der Blick fantastisch, der Pool sehr gross sehr gepflegt und die Ruhe im Garten und in der gesamten privaten Urbanisation sehr erholsam. Caro ist ein Schatz, sie war für uns da , hat gute Tips gegeben und einige Ausflüge unter anderem "Quad fahren" im Teide National Park für uns gebucht. Wir hatte wunderbare erholsame, interessante Tage auf Teneriffa. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen wir können sagen ein" Besonderes Paradies". Danke wir kommen gerne wieder. Traumhaft, erholsame Tage im Beachhouse
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und im Nachhinein sind wir traurig, dass wir nur ein paar(4) Tage dort waren. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben die wunderbaren Abende auf der Terrasse zum Meer mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen sehr genossen. Ein kleines, absolut ruhiges, idyllisches Paradies. Sibylles Haus ist sehr schön, ein richtiges Sommerhaus. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit schönen Details. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und es ist sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Caro ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle auch hier an dich Caro ein dickes Danke für die tollen Empfehlungen der Restaurants. Der Pool ist auch wunderbar, etwas kühl zu dieser Jahreszeit aber 23 Grad sind okay :) Nach zwei Bahnen geschwommen ist es angenehm und erfrischend. Dieses Beachhouse ist absolut zu empfehlen und man merkt wie sehr die Gastgeber sich bemühen alles richtig zu machen. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder und dann für länger. Danke

Unique beachhouse - great holiday
Sibylle, many thanks for your fantastic hospitality. It was our second visit to this gorgeous Beachhouse and we are still impressed. The dreamlike and totally quiet location in direct proximity to our favourite beach El Socorro makes every stay unforgettable. Inside, the house is very tastefully mediterranean furnished with high quality materials and sparkling clean. The view from the living / dining area and from the second terrace to the Atlantic Ocean is a highlight for us every year. The large outdoor pool is perfect for pulling a few lanes and in the evening it is beautifully lit. We are looking forward to our visit 2020! Best regards Sebastian

Was für ein schönes Haus
Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen . Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig so nah am Meer . Wunderbare Abende auf der Terrasse am Meer mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Pool ist groß und super zum schwimmen . Das Haus ist sehr sauber , geschmackvoll eingerichtet , die Betten bequem und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns am nichts gefehlt . Caro ist ein sehr netter Host und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben . Die Ruhe im Haus und Garten waren so angenehm ein Platz für echte Erholung . Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen .

Un petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 avec 2 adolescents dans cette magnifique maison située sur la côte ouest de l'île. La localisation est parfaite pour un séjour au calme et en profitant du climat tempéré tout en étant proche de Puerto de la Cruz et avec une accès direct aux routes permettant de visiter l'île. Piscines d'eau de mer naturelles à quelques pas de la maison mais aussi petite plage surveillée avec un spot de surf top à 15min à pieds. La maison offre quant à elle tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi dès les premiers instants après un accueil chaleureux de Caro qui reste disponible, si besoin, tout au long du séjour. Un bel endroit de villégiature avec vue imprenable sur l'océan et les montagnes que nous recommandons.
