"Was told coffee would be ready at 0700… that seemed kind of late, but whatever. At 0707 I went down to lobby and no coffee was made. I checked with on duty staff and he said that the manager wasn’t here yet so once she got there the coffee would be made. He said she should be there in 15 minutes. At 0745 I came back to lobby and no coffee…I once again woke up the on duty staff and asked what was up with the coffee. He said that he doesn’t know how to make the coffee and the manager would do it....

The room smelled bad, the light fixture above the bathroom leaked a great deal for most of the evening, the bathroom door was in terrible condition and did not even have a locking mechanism on it, there was trash underneath the mattresses, and the room had no soap or towels provided. "This wonderfully located home is extremely well appointed for family groups. Everything works properly and the kitchen is amazingly stocked with all you might need in the way of appliances and dry staples. The fireplace has fire logs supplied. The back yard is a dream to see but we spent little time out in it because of the cold rain and snow. However the view of the mountains with snow on them from there is beautiful. Our hosts were immediately available when we had a question and very helpful....
