"This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this...

"Die große Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern viel Platz. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist traumhaft. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da man einerseits direkt an der Bucht von Arinaga wohnt, aber auch mit Arinaga zentral genug am Autobahnnetz der Insel. Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft das Pech, dass die Putzfirma nicht gut gesäubert hat. Das konnte jedoch durch Carmelo schnell gelöst werden, sodass nach etwas Stress die Wohnung recht sauber war. "Good location 5 minute drive from parking in the resort. Easy to head North to Mogan and up to the mountains to walk. Being met by a property manager with his useful information,rather than a keystore was great. We were surprised to have to hand over 100 euros as a deposit,as this wasn’t obvious in the property details."

"This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. Very nice pool and sunbathing area although the fingerprint admittance system is inconsistent. The fingerprints of some people will allow entry to he pool area but others won't. We...

"la vacanza è stata molto bella e l'appartamento è in una posizione perfetta ,con 2 spiagge Melenara e Salineta a 100 m di distanza . "Very good location, quiet and beautiful views of the ocean. Too bad that a part of the road to Mogan is closed and you have to make aditional km to Puerto Rico to turn around and have access back to hotel."

"Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. Still very nice though. Facilities: hotel had all sorts facilities, 3 pools, pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball and a good view of...
