"Great property, which has been newly refurbished. Rooms are nice and big with a nice balcony. My only comment would be regarding furniture quality in rooms are a little worn. Pool area outstanding one of the nicest I’ve been to. "

"2nd visit just love how most things are catered for, your own sunbeds some front and back so no getging up eadly to put your towel on. Very quiet peaceful even with children around very relaxed. Ideal location for beach transport bars ect. Very clean indeed. Will be back."

"Great location up hill 15min walk to europa centre bars ect. If going between oct-march remember classed as scandi season and they go to bed by 10pm so slightest noise after and they complain often........"

"Oh dear what have we booked into soon turned into wow! this is great. Reception very efficient and helpful. Apartment well equipped. Beach not as busy as further east and just 5 mins away. PLEASE NOTE if you are driving from the east on the gc1 you need to take the Tauro exit and then follow the coast road. The same applies if coming from the Mogan direction as the coast road is closed . You can get on the gc1 at Taurito but not off it. Hope this helps."

"Liten og skyggefull terrasse med innsyn fra naboer. Lovet rengjøring 2 ganger i uken men det kom barer 1 gang i uken. Ikke et vanlig spisested bare en enkel bar med drikke og noen svært enkle retter. Mye støy ved bassenget der barn får ta «all plass» uten at noen voksene reagerer. "

"Me ha encantado el apartamento, la ubicación cerca de la playa, una zona muy tranquila, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está decorado con mucho gusto, en recepción se han portado genial con nosotros dejándonos usar las instalaciones antes de la hora de entrada y después de hacer el Check out también, lo recomiendo !"

"well located 2 bedroom close to beach shops and bus stop, ,yumbo center 15 min walk,staff where friendly on arrival and we had ground floor beside pool ,although we didn't have sea view it was convienient for coming and going .while accomodation wasn't fancy everything worked we had enough equipment for making breakfast we had a ceramic hob, kettle and toaster,tv had netflix but didnt find english channels .bathroom was modern and water pressure and temperature was excellent ,no aircon but fans...

"The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean with a decent kitchenette, bathroom, main room & a sunny balcony overlooking the pool. We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles, but apart from that we were very happy with our stay. We liked the location as it was only a short level walk to the lift down to the beach. Great long sandy beach & good for swimming, sunbathing. Plenty of decent restaurants close & a grocery shop 50m away supplying...

The 'pool bar' advertised has been derelict for 3 years. The 'shop' advertised has been derelict for 3 years. You have to pay extra to rent a portable air conditioning unit, or otherwise pay extra to rent a fan. You have to pay extra to rent an umbrella for the balcony of your apartment. "Nettes kleines Appartement etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles nötige vorhanden. Gut gelegen zum Cita Center und Yumbo ca 15min. Unser Zimmern war direkt am Eingang so das man alle kommen und gehen gehört hat bzw. war dort auch das Schlafzimmer was ausschlafen nicht möglich gemacht hat. Leider ist auch der Zigarettenrauch der Rauchenden Gäste ins Schlafzimmer gezogen. Das Fenster konnte man nicht schließen da es ja keine Klimaanlage gibt. "

"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield "

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "

"3rd year we have stayed with them, excellent service from the staff as always. It’s great to turn up at the hotel, and be thoroughly looked after during the stay. With easy access to the beach to watch the sun rise or set, and should you want a change of scene from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars along the seafront - all of which are easily accessible to the rear of the hotel. Plenty of sun lounges, but there are definitely some keen beans who like to reserve them before the sun has even come up. "
