"The house is an excellent place to regroup and enjoy a quiet piece of Spain with friends. The backyard is wonderful and the house layout makes it easy to have space to be together. Seville is a 10-15 cab ride away or a longer bus ride. There are bars and restaurants around but to really "tapear" you need to go farther. Cooking was a challenge as cookware and basics were minimally supplied.. Nice place, just don't think of it as downtown Seville."

"We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. "Overall everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements are abit weird, in 2 situations you have to walk through someone’s “room” to get to another bedroom. This made it awkward, so look carefully at the photos and stitch the layout together beforehand. The villa itself needs some TLC, with pool tiles and exterior tile broken or cracked, the interior had misc paint drips on baseboards/floor, wardrobe doors peeling, main door weather stripping partially removed, one of the marble...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted. "From my first enquiry the communication with the hosts was excellent. The house is beautiful - set in very spacious grounds in a quiet residential area but Seville centre is only 20 minutes by car. Also the host locked 1 room so it’s better to clarify with the host how many room you will get. Also the bedding and sheets had a distinct smell to them. "The hotel is well located in the centre of Seville with easy access to all main attractions. The Hotel was impeccable in every way. Room was amazing, towels changed and room cleaned every day. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Roof top bar and pool area were fantastic too! We can’t mark this hotel down on anything at all. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back. "

"We love this hotel and it made our time in Seville extra special. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when after our first night we asked to change room. We were kindly moved to a fabulous room (no.2). The piano room is a lovely addition and we enjoyed after dinner drinks and a game of cards while listening to the music. We felt like we were really experiencing old Seville at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, rooms super quiet at night and we loved all the inner courtyards, antiques, plants and character. Re our room change; we had initially been given room 101 which needs an upgrade as it smells of damp, the window doesn't open and the bathroom door doesn't close. We were so pleasantly surprised to be moved to a much nicer room and very grateful to have been accommodated so quickly and without fuss. Thank you, we would highly recommend staying here!"

"An amazing hotel right in the middle of Seville. The roof top pool is a bonus. Perfect location to see all the sights. Bars and restaurants within a 30 second walk and a fabulous flamenco show 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff in the hotel were superb. The room was beautiful."
