"Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again. "

"I stayed at this property and had to leave a few days to a different one because there were several issues with the house. The place looses water every night around 10pm and the owner said that there was a water pump but it never worked. In addition everyone should know ahead of time that this house has its kitchen and eating area outside and in a country full of mosquito is not ideal. There are gekos outside and also inside which was not ideal there were huge roaches outside by the kitchen area...

"The location could not be better, exactly what we were looking for, close to Sonzacate park, pupuserias, we seriously recommend Pupuseria Maiz & Arroz, one of the best in the area and just outside the security gate. House was specious and clean. Now the not so good experience, attendant (Raul) did not know we were arriving the check in day, to his defense he answered his phone promptly all the time and was extremely friendly and helpful same as his sister. "The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. "It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks.
