"Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again."

"One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out and check-in again (go twice to the reception). They wouldn't even respect the price informed by hotels.com even when I showed the receipt. They charged an extra 20% to the rate informed by hotels.com. The hotel is surrounded in a beautiful forest but I ended up wasting 5-6 hours just dealing with the reception people..."
