"Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "

"No idea how this has a 3 star rating - run down dirty hotel tried to give us a room that had not been cleaned so changed it. We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out.
