"I booked the apartment for my sons 12 & 31. The accommodation was great. The air conditioning was very much needed! The place is kitted out with everything you need for a holiday. The kitchen has cutlery pot, pans, kettle glasses, bottle opener’s etc. the washing machine came in very handy, and the balcony was lovely to sit out and enjoy. Both bathrooms have nice big showers. The pool is a short walk and perfect for a dip and a sun bathe. Their is an Aldi and plenty of shops within a 3 minute...

"We’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and this is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very quiet and even in November, you get the sun on the terrace until late afternoon. It has all the amenities you could ask for, including a dolce gusto coffee machine. "

"Absolutely fantastic place, better than we expected and the view from the balcony is fantastic.There’s a market every Thursday morning till 2pm that sells everything from rotisserie chicken to sun hats. The bars and restaurants are literally a two minute walk from the apartment and there is a Spanish restaurant directly beneath it, add that to the Marinasol and you really have everything literally on your doorstep. There was a welcome pack when we arrived quite late which was a godsend."

"On the first day we discovered an infestation of ants in the master bedroom, en-suite, living area and kitchen. To find ants crawling all over the bedding was not nice to say the least. We had to wash the bedding and while doing to discovered the mattress protector was covered in stains. Please renew this you can buy on from Primark for 8 euros. We bought materials to get rid of the ants. This is something your cleaner should be looking out for. We had to pay 70 euros for cleaning and ended up...

"This was our 2nd time staying in this house, it’s spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable and well located for walking to restaurants nearby including villamartin plaza. The pool is a nice size for a quick cool down and the shared pool is close. Helga met us at the property and was very helpful during our stay as was Tim who met us on the last morning. "The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting....
