Clean, super friendly staff. Was difficult to figure out the TV with no guide for channels, but not there for TV anyway. Loved the pillows! Would stay here again.

I came to escape the hazardous air quality due to fires. Was woken at 6:00am with pot fumes pouring into my room for an hour. I talked to staff but they helplessly apologized and did nothing. They didn't even investigate whether the smoke was coming from within the non-smoking building. I guess the CA Surgeon General warnings about the dangers of pot don't matter, nor the health and recover of our lungs.

I stayed with my mom and brother. Upon checking in, the bathroom in the lobby ran out of hand soap. We were checked in but had to go back to the lobby to request for another room. The initial room was dirty (i.e., 1 of 2 beds has someone's hair underneath the covers and had a stain almost looked like blood, the 2 of 2 beds looks ruffled, either it was changed but not made well, or was not changed and was just quickly put back together. The bathroom was walls has stains.). We were relocated to another room which (no hair or stain on the beds but the bed skirts were ripped and had white stains on them - id like to think of them as baby milk). The only reason for 2 stars is for Darryl at the front desk during the night shift (he took my concerns seriously and made the relocation process quickly and easy), and the parking and outer look of the building looks ok; the other front desk lady in the day time was not too friendly. She did not even bother asking about our stay when she called to ask why i was in the room or during my checkout (apparently they forgot to update my room number when they relocated us). We were only there a few hours during our stay so it was ok. I would not recommend for anyone on real vacation experience.

Scary people tried to open our door several times in the night. Room was on the bottom floor, doors were not secure. Group of young adults were running up and down trying other people's doors as well. Secluded area, no help available.
