"This property is beautiful! It is very spacious and was perfect for our extended family. We loved sitting around the large dining room table and on the terrace. The views are stunning and the terrace is huge and wraps around allowing for multiple views of Florence. The bathrooms are very large for European standards and felt newly remodeled. The location is great and we walked everywhere. The host was very helpful with recommendations and communicating. I would highly recommend this property. "

"Overall, this property is amazing. It is located about a mile from major museums and touristy sites. Normally, this would be fine, but we had one individual with mobility issues, and we learned quickly that getting cabs in this neighborhood takes a lot of time. The check in process is always more difficult than the US since it seems the preference is for someone to meet you on-site rather than just use a lock box. The individual meeting us was quick to arrive and gave us most important info....

"Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience staying at this listing. When we arrived we noticed that restrooms we not well maintained in cleanliness as well as the toilet seat being broken which was taped up. The shower in the back of the unit had a layer of mold and mildew in the pan. The epoxy paint itself was peeling and mold was gathering behind this layer. The second restroom also had mildew and needs to be re-chaulked to properly repair. Mind you, we noticed these issues right away and...
