"The house was perfectly equipped for our party of the two of us and our overnight guests. The queen beds are comfortable. Standing on the beach or kayaking I saw turtles and rays. A pelican flew by regularly. The umbrella and lounge chairs were comfortable and the screened porch the perfect place to hang out. We hope to come back. "

"This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. "This home is absolutely wonderful and delivers even more than it promises in the VRBO listing. The views and the vibe are outstanding. The outdoor spaces are well appointed , very thoughtful and accommodating. Pool is great. The inside of the house is very comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking... Spot, who assists the owners, did some shopping before we arrived (for a fee) as we were arriving on Sunday and with tight connections. As a plus (or minus depending on your group) the lower king suite is ample and lovely, but has separate entrance so does not connect/flow to the rest of the house. Enthusiastically recommend this VRBO!!"

"Our group of 4 was looking for beach access that wasn't far away, and to get away from it all, and this property accomplished both. I did a decent amount of research on properties and the islands and we got what we were looking for with the Royal Hideaway. If you read through the reviews on this property, you will have a very good idea of what you are getting. The repeat stays from past reviewers is a big factor in why I decided to book this place and after staying once, I would definitely go back. The best part about the property is access to the water. Its about a 2-3 minute walk straight out from the property to get to a beautiful beach that you will most likely have all to yourself. Bambarra beach is about a 20 min walk or 5 min car ride, and is definitely worth checking out, but we ended up spending most of our time at the beach straight out from the property. The access to kayaks and stand up paddle boards through Royal Hideaway was an awesome amenity. The property itself was certainly nice enough for us! It has clearly aged over the years and salt-water has taken its toll but the property is still very nice. If you are looking for 5 stay accommodation, however, this may not be for you. Keep in mind, this is on an island that very few people live on. Minor upgrades or small construction projects would be a big undertaking due to the lack of access to goods and materials. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking and was very pleased with our experience!"

"Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! Traveling with teens so it was nice to have room to spread out, the house is really quite large, we didn’t even really use the entire downstairs floor. Recently renovated and attractive. Good location in Bottle Creek, right near the Promenade which was nice for a daily walk. Lots of friendly goats to befriend! Easy drive to North shore beaches or to Middle Caicos. Dragon Cay on Middle Caicos is unbelievable and we went a few times. House had what we needed, we cooked at home quite a bit. Also very close to the only ATM On the island! Overall, highly recommend. And if price is a concern I don’t think you’ll find a better value anywhere on Provo, North or Middle! "
