"This house deserves its 10/10 rating! The house is perfectly decorated and the screen porch just invites you to sit down and chill. We also rented the kayaks for the week and my husband used one most every day while I chilled in the chairs by the beach under the umbrella reading a book. We cooked all but one meal at the house. We grabbed lunch from Porsha one day at Bambarra beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and just relax for the week. "

"Our stay at the beach cottage was simply magical! Despite a minor hiccup with the cottage not being cleaned when we first arrived, the on-island contact was fantastic—within 30 minutes, the charming and thorough cleaning lady had everything spotless. The cottage was cozy, with stunning views and a virtually private beach just a minute's walk away. The pool was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is the type of vacation where you read, relax by the pool or at the beach, or explore other nearby beaches and the local Indian Caves. There aren’t any tourist attractions or activities, which is exactly what we wanted and needed to relax and recharge. A quick note: while small stores are on the island, food options are limited and pricey, so we recommend bringing some provisions from Providenciales. Our three kids had an absolute blast, and we didn’t want to leave!"

"I booked this last minute as we had to pivot from an original vacation that was disrupted by Hurricane Beryl. So glad that we did. The property itself is on North Caicos which has it's own charm. If peace and quite is what you are looking for then look no further than North Caicos. This house is in excellent condition, the grounds are impeccable, the kitchen has everything you need. Regine was our host and from the moment we booked the reservation she was in communication with every detail that we needed. What taxi to take to the ferry, local things to do, etc. When I had a question, it was answered completely and immediately. Regine met us at the ferry dock when we arrived, took us to the rental car, went with us to the house, walked us through the house showing us the features, walked us to the beach (probably 30 steps away from the back deck) and was helpful in going over the map of the islanding noting the good places to visit and eat. 100% white glove service. That service got our vacation off to a great start. Worth the trip over by ferry. I would go back for sure and have it listed as a favorite."

"So I filled out the on-line forms for the check in process but we were never contacted about the check in process. When we arrived the internet access did not work, we were provided the wrong passwords multiple times. When we went to a local grocery store,, where the proprietor allowed us access to the internet. The ‘angle host’ was unhelpful repeatedly providing the wrong internet passwords, the local host was unresponsive. We were finally able to access the internet from a maintenance worker on the 2nd day and then variation testing of passwords with brute force. The request to meet with the local manager, Britney, at 7p on our 2nd day through VRBO was met with “I’m not aware of this” after a text asking about the no show. They provided only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay, the TP dispenser was no existent, the shower threshold was install to eject water into the bathroom floor (not back into the shower, there was no dish soap, we found a massive spider in the bathroom, ants were on nearly every surface in every room, and exposed electrical wires at the stove and where for range hood microwave was partially installed. The biggest problem was the lack of communication with the hosts, both with the inability to connect to the internet and the apparent unwillingness of the hosts to respond on phone numbers they provided. All in all, would not recommend this host or their poorly run properties. The island and the other people we encountered were excellent."

"The Absolute Best Property ever. The staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed my stay sew much. The rooms were immaculate and the food. Oh my the food was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1million/10 thanks. I also had an issue w my flight they communicated and set up taxi rides and everything. When I say perfect. They are Perfect especially Kendra and Kadra and Deshawn."
