"For an old restored estate style home, it was very clean and inviting. Takes a minute to get acclimated to the layout because it’s enormous but perfect for privacy. Host was immediate with their responses. My only recommendation would be to update the gas grill for guests who plan to stay in and cook. It was completely rusted inside. Again, not enough of a complaint to lower a five star experience. And honestly, had I mentioned it, the host probably would have delivered a new one!"

"The property was perfect for our needs and the host was incredibly communicative and helpful. Everyone had their own, comfortable room (four adult men), the common areas were great, and it was conveniently located near all of the local distilleries and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a great meal, and even had sharp knives which is rare! We did find that Uber didn't work as well as we had hoped, and the local car service had an hour wait, so for future...

"We had a great time on the whiskey trail and staying atThis rental was wonderful. Close to town and a lot of the distillery’s. The house was very comfortable and had everything you would need. The owner was in touch making sure we didn’t need anything. "

"We had a great four night stay at this property; it worked very well for me, my wife, and our dog. The older house is clean and nicely updated with easy parking and check-in. Wasn't an issue for us, but be aware the small backyard is not fenced. The house backs up to an Arby's drive through lane, so there is some minor noise. Easy one mile drive into town and nice base for discovery of the area - we made day trips to Lawrenceburg and Louisville. Laura (owner) was responsive during our stay and...

"This last minute getaway to spend News Years Eve with friends was a perfect find. The open flood plan was comfortable and roomy. Plenty of seating. A large kitchen table to play games comfortably for 6 adults. The bedrooms were comfortable as well.The deco was very nice. Highly recommend. "

"The farmhouse was beautiful and spotless. The outdoor area was cool with the silo. My best friend and I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The list of local restaurants came in handy. Thank you for making our girls trip relaxing and trouble free. "

"The house was absolutely perfect for our trip! We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms are spacious and the living area and kitchen were great for games and just hanging out! Nicole had everything we needed for our stay! Very clean and nicely set up. She also was super helpful with places to eat near by and we loved her recommendations! We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Kentucky! "

"It is a great place. Love seeing the wildlife in the morning and evenings. It is quiet. It is far enough away you don’t get bothered by city life but close enough to not have to drive out of your way for anything. I would definitely stay again. Nicely done place, comfortable, has everything you need to stay for a weekend or a week. Great host."
