We were greeted in the street by the off-site host who was upset that we were planning to check out early even though we said we were paying for the extra night and despite the fact that we had emailed June 22nd that we had to shorten our stay. This is not a typical B & B. It consists of 4 rooms and a shared kitchenette on the same floor as 2 private apartments in a multi-story building above the pedestrian area. No blow dryer or iron is provided....

"Very clean and modern . Beautiful location. Quiet . USB port for phone charger. Toiletries , hairdryer, towels supplied , tea coffee in room . Owner very nice and friendly and helpful . Breakfast was really good nice choice . Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Can get Netflix on tv . A short ride out of about 10 minutes for local restaurants. "

"We had an incredible surprise when we arrived at 9pm after a long day driving from Rome. Rosalia is a wonderful hostess! She welcomed us so well even though we booked with a little less than 2 hours notice. The room is spotless clean and recently renovated. Bathroom has basic toiletries and even a hair dryer.
