"House was in a great location to everything you would want to see in the area. Very well kept, clean and easy check in. Josh had everything ready and detailed on how to work TV's, blinds, etc. Only drawback was the king bed in the 2nd bedroom. The mattress was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Definitely would not want to sleep in it for more than the 2 nights we did. All the others beds were perfect!"

" My family of 6 enjoyed our three night stay at this home during our trip for my sons Navy Bootcamp Graduation. Its a warm and cozy home with a large main area (livingroom/kitchen) where we spent most of our day hanging out together with our new sailor. The lake view out the rear picture window was beautiful. Unfortunately North Chicago in the winter didn't really allow us to take full advantage of the patio and deck but my kids did have fun for a few hours playing on the frozen lake. I would image both deck and patio would be awsome the other 9-10 months of the year.The hosts were very responsive, informative and accommodating, getting back to my all questions within an hr.This was my 1st vrbo rental and it has been a very positive experience and will change the way we plan trips in the future."

"Check in was easy, very roomy. Nice owners. Plenty of towels, and blankets. We booked it because of the pool table and games, but if you are a serious pool player you will be disappointed. Uneven table and two sides too close to wall to shoot balls. Beds are very comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Love having choice of coffee pots. Big farm table to eat as a family. Over all we enjoyed our stay."

"Our family gathered in this lovely home. It is the best VBRO that we have stayed in! The place was clean and fully stocked with such great things. It felt like we were staying with relatives rather than in a rental home. The kitchen has all of the pots, pans, silverware, plates, spices, coffee, and snacks that you could want. And the bathrooms have all the things that you might forget.And so many activities to do. It was winter time so we could not take advantage of the kayaks on the lake. But the jigsaw puzzles and the games that were available really helped us during our times of being in the house."

"Cute and cozy. Very clean. Hosted a successful Thanksgiving dinner with local family. Had everything we needed (we didn't cook a turkey, though). Also spent quality time with our Navy boot camp graduate! Great house!"
