We needed to check-in early to prepare for my Granddaughter's wedding that afternoon and the front desk went out of her way to accommodate and assist us. The staff at this Hotel does go the "extra mile" to help their guests and it was extremely appreciated!!!"

"Great older hotel, great staff, pet friendly, comfortable bed, got dinner across the street at Mama G’s Italian restaurant-spaghetti & meatballs, garlic bread-delicious!"

"The room and hotel itself were clean and looked new or newly remodeled. We liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We would stay here again without a thought. "

"I don't think there's much unique about the Best Western in Seneca. But It scored very high for me. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom facilities, including the tub/shower were above average. The included breakfast was great. (I was only sorry that I couldn't partake on both mornings of my stay.) The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only negative, and it was tiny and eventually resolves by the staff, was that the TV remote in the room was basically nonfunctional as the battery was close to dead. A new battery changed everything. One suggestion I would make is that the signage as to where the entrance is on Rt. 123 is not good. The big sign helps but there really needs to be a small sign, right at the bottom of the driveway, that indicates it's the Best Western driveway. It's too easy to miss."
