"I was unable to enter the room by the issued key card. i later learned there was a special trick to get the card to work. A few times that I tried the trick it didn't work until the fourth or fifth time. NOT GOOD!!! Also, I was unable to get the shower to function. We were unable to shower during our stay and had to leave without one."

"Staff was very nice. Rooms were very large and clean. We did get a complaint about our dogs barking, but so were other dogs, not sure if they got the same complaint. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This AmericInn was very comfortable. We stayed two times and did not regret it. Clean and had plenty of food in the morning for the comp breakfast. Not much around in the area, however, there is a Flying J across the street. The pool and Hot Tub were a great addition to the trip, but had limited open times. Since we were there multiple days, the kids were antsy to go swim. Shelter for disasters was not far from the hotel either. All in all, we would stay again. Satisfied Customer."

"It was a little more dated than i really thought, the pool and hot tub was unavailable, but that area was massive it was a shame.. a broken window in my room and a leak in the pipes in the bathroom."
