The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet and the rooms are perfect for travelers just looking for somewhere cheaper than other hotels to stay close by to the main city! 10/10 would go again!

I arrived late due to my flight, but the staff was very accommodating. Small but clean room. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful location near Hyde Park.

New, clean and minimalist. Great location.
The hotel feels newly refurbished, clean, freshly painted. A minimalist reception, just a room with a computer. The room was compact but very clean and functional. There are no keys - everything is key code entry. Wifi was good. Connaught Village is a nice neighbourhood - pretty and a traditional Georgian London feel. But only a short walk to Oxford St and Hyde Park.

Location was amazing but the room was small, shabby and basic. There was a tiny shower room with a really small shower and you had to sit sideways on the toilet there wasn't room for you knees in front. There was a tv but no tea and coffee facilities, not even at the reception. They did have a water machine at reception. No breakfast facilities. Bed comfy and staff were friendly. We thought it was expensive for the facilities provided.

Very low quality room
The room had nothing to do with the pictures on hotels.com. Squeeky floors, no table, very very small room (had to leave all my things on the floor), one of two mornings with no hot water for the shower, things broken, the window didn’t close completely, it cost me £90/night. Should have been £25 for this quality level. I will never return.

Awful stay with the heat outside. The top floor is like a sauna and you get a small fan to blow hot air at you. Front door was problematic. You can't come in early before checking in to leave your bag because it's locked until reception arrives. Same goes for the day you check out, dont leave your bag to come and collect it later because you pincode expires and therefore no acces to the front door again, until reception arrives.

We checked in on Thursday all fine we were in the basement room 1 all fine I till Friday before 6am we were woken to the hotel staff shouting and crying for a couple of hours with what sounded like with another member of staff ! wasn’t happy as we had a long day ahead !! I didn’t realise we were next door to a cleaning / laundry room so every time someone walked into the room our bed actually rocked. Saturday we spent the day shopping and when we came back to get ready for a show we had no toilet roll so I went to the reception but no one was there , I rang the bell several times , knocked on the door AND rang them !! NO-ONE answered I was doing this for around half an hour to then decide I was going to have to find some for myself !!!! Wasn’t happy at all Sunday morning check out time was 11am so we had planned to check out at around 10am but was woken again very early with the vaccume above our heads for periods of time talking VERY a loudly and up and down the stairs to the cleaning room ! As we struggled up the steep flight of stairs with our cases we were greeted with several full laundry bags and a large vaccume which we had to move in order to get out of the corridor !! So tired !!

Jag utgår alltid från att bilderna är något vilseledande, men denna gång slår rekord. Fönstret var mot en liten innegård, knappt något utrymme att stå på golvet, rullgardinen höll på att rasa ner, och dörren till toaletten hölls knappt fast. Det värsta var dock hur otroligt lyhört det var... Vi kunde inte sova på nätterna p.g.a. att vi hörde varenda person som gick förbi. Toan kunde lika gärna inte haft en dörr för det var så lyhört ut till resten av rummet. Förmodligen för att det var så litet att det kändes som att man gick på toa i sängen. Personalen var dock trevligt, och läget var bra.

God beliggenhed men slidt
Hotel beliggenhed var god. Men det var noget slidt i det med knække fliser og gulven knirkende rimlig meget når vi gik rundt og man kunne høre når alle andre gik rundt på deres værelser. Vindur var utætte og vores seng stod under vindue så vi fik kulde i hovdet.

Fint lille værelse med vindue og tilhørende lille fint badeværelse med brusekabine, vask og toilet. En lille reol til tøj eller andet. Sengene var fine og sove i og til prisen var værelset helt perfekt. Ligger dejlig centralt og tæt på oxford street, hydepark m.m. Venlig og imødekommende ved ankomst og ellers passede vi os selv.
