"I have stayed here the past 3 years during the end of March. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I went to HS in Msla but left MT in1994. It is so great to stay on the Clark Fork River while seeing family and friends. It is only about 12 to Uber home from downtown shenanigans. You have your own stairs down to the river, you’re close to great hikes, and close to downtown. I highly recommend staying here for any Msla area activities. "

"This was an awesome little place to stay for an overnight in Missoula! Centrally located and very easy to get to restaurants and shops downtown, and is directly across the street from the university. The property manager was responsive and let us leave our car in the driveway after checkout while we took an Uber to an event to avoid parking. Recommend! "

"We were in Missoula helping with our grandson for 7 days. The unit was spacious for 2 people with 2 bedrooms and a small comfortable family room. We basically utilize this property for breakfast and sleeping. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen area had a toaster oven, frig, microwave, coffee maker and a dishes. There was no sink in the kitchen thus we used the bathroom sink for water and wash out our coffee cups. They did provide paper cups and plates if you wanted to go that route....

"My son and his fam live 10 minutes away from the house so it is perfect us to come and go. There are so many yard games and the fire pit for evenings and we even used the bbq pit this time. Everything was perfect! "

"The driveway was long and a little rough but the place was clean and well kept. We had some issues getting into the place but my host was able to get it corrected quickly. "

"Kate goes out of her way to make sure everything is just so, and the house is immaculate. The views are divine, the space and vibe is incredible. I hope to come back in the summer and just sit and watch the birds. Oh... and you HAVE to save time for the very Zenned out soak and sauna's. ( for an even more Zen experience read " the Dharma Bums, found in the library in the basement) -- This property has earned the care it gets and it's so lovely to see people having esteem and grace for the land...
