"We came in fir Griz homecoming weekend. The house is nice, clean and in a quaint neighborhood. The listing is very accurate. We had two couples staying here and the house was perfect for us, enough separation for both couples to gave spae and enough common space for visiting. Overall a great experience. We didn't have any issues and didn't need to contact property manager. "

The power went out in one of the rooms due to the blow dryer and she immediately sent someone out to fix it. Great location, walkable to university and downtown with cute shops, bars, stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again if available when I visit. "

"It was a great stay. Just wanted to say that one of the table chairs was wobbly, we were leery of sitting on it, just so you know. There was no batteries in downstairs tv control. Maybe we were supposed to bring batteries?? Ice machine never made ice. There was some in it when we got there but never made any more. Just for your information.
