"I had been travelling for 12 hours when I arrived at the hotel and was tired. Check in was quick and straight forward. The Hotel is an older property but is well kept and the rooms are comfortable with everything I needed for my 2 night stay. The Location of the hotel is outstanding being directly opposite the beach with stunning views. "

"The pictures of the house don’t match reality. The house was dirty and the carpet is old and nasty. No cleaning was done. The pillows, mattresses and blankets were nasty. The airco’s were dirty and my husband had to clean them before we could use them. We had to buy new pillows and use 3 covers to be able to sleep there since Novasol just let us down after my direct complaint on arrival. We had no choice but to clean everything ourselves and stay there. We had to fix the gutter and there was...
