"Booked five rooms on business. One of them was not cleaned on arrival and, in spite of promising to fix this soonest, we returned four hours later (ready for bed) to find nothing had been done about it. In my own room, the sheets were stained. The receptionists on the evening shift seemed like they both started that day, couldn't understand the most basic of instructions, generally looked shell-shocked, stressed and out-of-their depth. decent staff in the morning and in the kitchen but we stayed...
