"Honestly, this place was exactly what I needed for an reasonably priced weekend stay. It wasn't the Ritz, but I didn't need or pay that. The property is dated, but so are most of the hotels in the area. It was clean, managed, and I had housekeeping services everyday. Next time I need a short or long visit, I'll definitely consider this property!"

"This house was so close to my relatives and is clean, nice touch of snacks. My input would be to put in a sectional sofa vs. the two seater they have. The house could accommodate 4 but honestly the living room would be uncomfortable as is. We were only 2 but we couldn’t lounge. There is no cable tv, only free Samsung. We could access our Netflix but no CNN "

"My friend and I stayed at the Tides Motor Inn so that we could attend the Halloween Screamfest at the Bayville Amusement Park next door. The close proximity to the Park made it convenient. I've been to this place with family many times in the past, for years. Its not a 5 star hotel or fancy place with lots of luxury amenities. They are however located across the street from the beach, in a pretty quiet small ton in Long Island. Its walking distance to a supermarket, and there are a few restaurants in close proximity for you to eat at. Of course the main attraction is the Adventure Park next door,and the beach across the street..They also have a decent pool opened from June to September. The rooms have all been upgraded from when we first went a few years ago. The carpet has been removed, the TVs, furniture, and bedding upgraded..The rooms werent spe fancy but very clean and nice. "

"My family of 5 had a wonderful stay! We came to visit our son in college. Mercedes and Roosevelt live on the bottom level are very kind and super flexible with us. They are like having 2 loving grandparents nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! I was worried my kids were loud never living in a two story before and not realizing people living underneath can hear us. But the sweet couple never complained. They even took a family picture for us one day. They were very flexible when we’re checking out and having to leave our son again. They didn’t rush us out which was so helpful! Great place to stay!"
