"I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"Das Haus war im Untergeschoss in einem unmöglichen Zustand. Die Toiletten und das Bad sind wohl mindestens seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr saniert worden. Offensichtlich wurde die Schimmelbildung überstrichen. Meine Familie hat Allergien und hat auf diesen Zustand extrem reagiert. Mit Unterstützung der Verwaltung konnten wir das Haus wechseln gegen Mehrkosten. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!"

"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"This holiday house is cosy and has a sunny patio. Lots of birds. At night it is peaceful. We love to walk the paths around Scheldeoord, and to walk along the dijk and beach. We have stayed here twice now. and will return to be close to family in Zeeland."

"Met zijn veertienen in een oud antiek huis. Oud is het zeker maar wel schoon bedden waren keurig opgemaakt .We hebben weer veel gelachen gedronken en heerlijk gegeten. Keuken erg goed uitgerust waardoor we een heerlijke mosselmaaltijd konden maken. Ook ruim voldoende tuinmeubilair zodat we van de Zeeuwse zon en het landschap konden genieten. En op Zeeuws Vlaanderen voldoende mogelijkheden tot had maken van uitstapjes."

"Alles zoals in de reservering. Het huis is goed onderhouden en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken is aanwezig, je hoeft het niet mee te nemen. In het huis liggen kaarten waarmee u toegang krijgt tot het zwembad. Er is een supermarkt op het terrein waar u vers brood, maar ook gegrild vlees en verse groenten kunt kopen. We zullen zeker terugkomen naar deze plek. "

"The house is spacious, has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. The garden is great for spending evenings outdoors, the bedrooms were comfortable. Check-in was easy due to the key-safe. We also very much enjoyed how near we were to the sea. Just a couple of mintues walk and you're at the lovey beach of Scheldeoord, you can even enjoy a glass of wine or even dinner at the Scheldebasserie. We would definitely come again."

Inside the cupboards are lots of old and broken things, no one knows if they will work. The tiled floor is broken and hidden under the carpets, but will move, if you put your step on them. The chairs are very uncomfortable, the dishes are not enough for the amount of visitors and some were dirty. All felt sticky. The bathrooms were partially broken and bad to be vented, what...

"Incredible location! Perfect for our first trip to Ghent. Plenty of space for two of us (adults). The bathroom glass makes privacy an issue if you are not a couple, and as noted on many other reviews, the shower gets water all over the glory. Those small bathroom issues would not sway us from staying here again though. We loved the property and the vibe of the place. They have done an incredible job with preserving it. I highly recommend this as a place to call home during a Ghent visit."

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
