"Very clean and comfortable accommodation, superb location for walking in to Fort William and exploring the surrounding areas in the Highlands. Well appointed large kitchen and dining area and superb views of the Loch from the relaxing lounge. Bedrooms we also very spacious and comfortable. Only slight problem was with some of the plumbing in the kitchen, which could not be resolved in the week, although the agents were very responsive and kept us advised of what was going on. "I Was not told of remodel incomplete until two days prior to our reservation which made it impossible to reserve other accommodations. We had air mattresses on the beds. One bathroom had no door. Towels were found in washer and dryer so we had to finish with cycles so we could use them. We should receive refund of at least 50% on the $1,080.03 that was paid February 19, 2024 for the inconvenience this caused my family in an otherwise great trip to Scotland. Very unsatisfied with accommodations."

"We had an amazing time during our stay in this charming spot in Scotland. The cabin is beautifully designed with all the essentials neatly provided. We enjoyed cooking dinners on the BBQ and relaxing in the hot tub after our long hikes. The area is peaceful, and the shop is just a short walk away. We're already looking forward to our next visit. "from the very beginning on booking this chalet, the owner was immediately in touch with us giving full information on directions to the chalet and information regarding the chalet...incredibly helpful and clear and concise. It was a beautiful chalet set by the loch and was remote but also within 20 minutes of Fort William.
