"Had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was thought of to make us feel comfortable and at home. Perfect location for a couple. Our family were staying at the caravan park so it was a 12 minute walk through a lovely Bushland track to connect with them. Mary Ann was a kind & generous host."

"Lovely, clean place with all mod cons. A few little things were missing such as teaspoons and a t towel rack, but you can get by without these. Bed was very comfortable and our host was lovely - offering a dip in her spa, the use of her kitchen and coffees if we wanted them. The boardwalk so close to where we stayed was great for walks and the bush, bird life and scenery were the icing on the cake. Highly recommend."

"The Farm is a wonderful B&B located near Pakenham. Everything is styled beautifully and there is plenty of space to move around. Charlie & Dinah really make this a homely experience, with plenty of food and welcome touches, they really have thought of everything. The Farm has a private outdoor bath, bbq, and dining area along with full size laundry and bathroom. There are games available for the kids, pool table and televisions.
