"This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. There are two fridges so plenty of storage space. The Weber grill was perfectly clean and easy to use....

"Francesco and Stephanie were extremely nice and very helpful. Their English is good and they respond to texts and emails promptly. The directions to get to the property were very good and it was easy to find - Francesco was waiting for us on the corner! The property is an old Sicilian farmhouse which has been in the family for 5 generations. It is on 2 levels with original floor tiles on the upstairs landing. "Giuseppe was a very cordial and helpful host. He was there to meet me and make sure I knew my way around. He even set me up with a table the Agriturismo not far down the road. "Our host was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the local region and keeping the attractive outside area clean. The patio and pool area looks across a mountain view, changing in the light from dawn to dusk. The apartment provided everything we needed including indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. Castelbuono is well served for bars, restaurants and points of interest. It sits in the Madonie nature reserve so is good for walking and wildlife ."
