"We were in a spacious studio, as shown in the photos. And we knew that there was no air conditioning. BUT we did not know that we would be in a slightly below ground floor unit, with windows that could, in practice, only be opened a few inches at the top. AND THERE WERE NO SCREENS. "The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "
