"Very nice room with ocean view. Hotel room is above Nha Trang Center shopping mall and many restaurants. Only negatives are the elevators were small and slooow; and all soap/shampo dispensers did not work. Hotel should replace fancy dispensers with simple plastic dispensers that can be used easily."

"My family and I stayed at Starcity Beachfront NT for 4 nights. Since the booking confirmed, we have received great care and communication from FO team, especially Annie. The hotel is clean and has a high standard of a five star accommodation with excellent facilities. We experienced warm and lovely hospitality from every single staff we encountered from FO to F&B, chef, housekeeping and the technician. The highlights of the stay are many, here are fews: perfect location, the early checkin, late checkout and delicious vegetarian dishes every day for breakfast. My family and I really appreciate the support and care from the team to ensure our stay is memorable and enjoyable as much as possible. Highly recommended and we will surely stay here again next time we are in town. Cheers! "
