"I made reservation and payment through Hotel.Com but on getting there I had to pay again to them because they didn’t acknowledge receipt from Hotel.Com. I was offered the only option which wasn’t my choice with a higher amount. I was constrained because it was quite late to shop for alternatives."

"I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. "This place is totally horrible. Manager was very nice but the fan made alot of squirky noise. There was barely ever electricity at this location and the generator was on from 12a.m to 3 a.m. A.c blow weak. Staff has attitude. Gate man was drunk on the job and was acting recklessly almost hit me with a shovel. I dont recommed this location at all. I didn't feel safe."

"I usually don’t write reviews but this guest house got me writing one. This guest house obviously advertised what they wanted people to see on Expedia. No one could be found during check out including receptionist, the place was empty. The security guy was asleep that we left without hun knowing, making the security of the place questionable. "

"Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. "
