"A really good property. We stayed as we were attending an even at the Wolfbrook Arena, about a 20 minute walk away. We didn’t have a car, so it was a walk from the CBD to the property. Two good size bedrooms, comfortable living area and a great location. Will stay again next time we’re attending an event at the arena. "

The host is attentive and responds quickly to all correspondence. It is easy to find parking in the street outside the building, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. "Overall we were pleased with the place, but we had a few problems:When we arrived the lawn was overgrown so couldn’t be used as there were bees and wasps everywhere. Luckily they had a crew out there the next day to fix it, but when they left they left the door unlocked.The internet was woeful which rendered the tv useless a lot of the time.The bathroom ceiling is in need of a paint as there are orange spots all over it which drops down onto the floor.One of the beds was made with the wrong size...

"I booked this townhouse for 40 nights as I was migrating from Melbourne to Christchurch. It was the best decision. This townhouse was perfect for me.
