"Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."

"The apartment was a nice surprise to me; it worked just fine. I needed time to seat , read, and write and the peace of the place provided that. It is a little bit retired from the center, but public transportation is excellent around the area (and in Germany in general). If you are looking for typical air-conditioned home, you might be disappointed. The pool is small, but coming to Berlin is not the place to stay in a pool. Lots of conveniences stores and supermarkets, restaurants are decent...

"Clean, well-appointed cottage in a small, very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were lovely. About a 15 minute walk from transportation. Very nice!"

"The property owner charged us for electricity usuage and tourist tax and demanded payments with cash only. She only spoke to us in German and the majority of the time it seemed that she was screaming at us. The house is in the middle of a bush and at night it is extremely hard to enter. The door does not lock and you have to slam it very hard for it to close. Overall, not a very good experience."

"We had really looked forward to visiting this nice-looking house close to Berlin, but the reality was a mixed bag: - The house was very dirty, with e.g. moldy dishes still in the dishwasher despite a cleaning charge of 195 euros; - No wifi, satellite TV not connected, warm water closed off on arrival; - No linen service so we had to buy bedlinen at the last moment; - The house looks luxurious but is fitted out very impractically with an incomplete kitchen inventory (e.g. no cutting board) and...

"We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and well stocked. It's situated in the garden district which feels rural and is very relaxing. But only a few minutes walk to supermarket and good transport links. Kristian was really helpful and friendly. We will be back!"
